Srneći gulaš na lovački način

Kako su lovišta u našoj opštini poznata po veoma bogatoj ponudi i dugoj tradiciji lovnog turizma, i kako u svakom naselјenom mestu naše opštine postoje lovačka društva, odlučili smo se da Vam predstavimo recept jednog od ovih društava. No, one male tajne, koje ukus znače, ćemo ipak zadržati za sebe, ali Vas najsrdačnije pozivamo da budete naši gosti i uživate u delikatesima zlatnih ruku naših kulinara.

Dakle…

Iseckajte 3 glavice luka na na kockice i dinstajte ga na ulјu dok ne postane „providan“, a potom dodajte 400 grama srnetine, takođe iseckane na kocke, koja je prethodnih nekoliko dana stajala u pacu i 2 decilitra vode. Dinstajte uz konstantno mešanje. Dodajte so i biber po ukusu, a potom dve kašike paradajz pirea, kašiku mlevene crvene paprike i čašu crnog vina. Kuvajte na laganoj vatri oko 2 sata, uz postepeno mešanje… Prijatno!


 

A local dish – Hunter’s style venison stew

As the hunting areas in our municipality are known for a very rich offer and a long tradition of hunting tourism, and as in every populated area of our municipality there are a hunting society, we have decided to present you the recipe of one of these societies. Those little secrets that create the special taste, we will keep to ourselves, but you are most sincerely invited to be our guest and enjoy the delicacies of the golden hands of our chefs.

Therefore…

Cut 3 onions into small cubes and sauté it in oil until they become "transparent," then add 400 g venison, also chopped into cubes, which has stayed in marinade for a few days, and 2 dl water. Simmer with constant stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste, then two tablespoons of tomato paste, a tablespoon of ground red pepper and a glass of red wine. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, with gradual mixing … Enjoy!
